A Mighty Fortress- Glad
Thank you Glad- you have uplifted me with your A-Capella sounds since I found you in the early 90s. I used to enjoy Barbershop Music with my father when I was young. Glad took the sounds of the human voice to another level, that would be added to in later decades. Our voices are incredible instruments.
The songs here convey that as good as one voice can be, we’re even better as we combine our voices, enrich with harmony, or strengthen in unity.
Ever wonder what Jesus’s voice sounds like? As I hear him in my head his quiet voice sounds a lot like my brother. I imagine to hear him sing, his pitch is perfect, his range vast and rich. I would want Him in my choir. Better yet, is to give Him the lead voice and let me follow. He will make perfect my flawed little voice, as I offer harmony. Along with you.
